Samantha Slaven is a horror fan, pro wrestling lover, and writer living in Suburban Philadelphia with her husband, Shawn, and geriatric minpin, Vader. Samantha was nominated for the 2025 Pushcart Prize for her piece ‘Gatekeeping and Missed Connections’ featured in Alternate Route. Samantha’s debut collection of poetry, ‘The Squared Circle Human’, is available through Alien Buddha Press.
